Manganese dust binder
Manganese dust binder is energy saving and environmental protection products of Henan yuzheng. It is suitable for manganese slag, dust mud powder, manganese ore powder to be processed into pellets as smelting ferroalloy factory raw materials. High alkalinity, low melting point, flash melt, stable ingredient, the metallurgical properties can meet the requirement of smelting furnace on the mechanical strength and high temperature strength.
Manganese dust binder has the following characteristics:
1. Manganese dust binder is a white solid, formed by chemical reaction of polymeric materials . Non-toxic, non-corrosive，1 ton of binder can produce 50 tons of manganese dust pellets. molding rate is 98%，pellet can not be smashed dropping 2 meters high, the intensity of each pellet is 1000 N.
2. Products are packed in plastic knitted package of 25kg each, non-toxic, non-flammable and explosive, but pay attention to moisture, rain.
